Selby District Highway Assessment: Part A Draft Baseline study - 2015
This document was produced during the Focussed Engagement Consultation (29 June 2015 – 10 August 2015) for PLAN Selby and provided the baseline evidence on strategic traffic flows across the District as at Autumn 2014. This will be used as the foundation for further work to assess the impact of development options in the plan on the highway network. Discussions are taking place with North Yorkshire County Council on how the information in this baseline review can be taken forward in the future analysis of the traffic impact of planned and committed growth across the district.
