In September 2017, the Repairs and Maintenance Group was relaunched with the basic principle of getting our tenants involved and give them the chance to help shape the housing services and ensure we deliver high quality services across the whole Selby District.
The meetings will take place every 4 months and the group will have the opportunity to ask members of our property service team and housing management to discuss what matters to tenants about their homes and future investment.
Areas of topics will be put forward for the group to discuss and provide any suitable recommendations in how the property service can improve the delivery of services to tenants.
The Repairs and Maintenance group cannot get involved or discuss individual repairs. However, if you want to tell us about a repair that has gone well or if you’re dissatisfied with a repair please let us know. 22nd November 2017 - Continuation of repairs satisfaction survey, introduction to planned works and unused green spaces.
31st January 2018 - Continuation of unused green spaces, update surround confirmed appointments and previous recommendations
