Open Door is the newsletter for all tenants of Selby District Council gives information that are relevant to our tenants which we produced and delivered four times a year and we work alongside a group of tenants who provide feedback and suggestions into the content.
As of summer 2020, we have decided to make the Open Door an opt-in service as we move to a digital format. However, we appriciate some people are not digitally enabled therefore you can request a paper copy but we ask that you contact us to be added to the mailing list.
Annual Housing Report
Each autumn Selby District Council provides a review of the work conducted by its housing and property services which gets sent to all tenants and leaseholders along with input from the tenany scrutiny panel. The report includes a summary of the key issues affecting tenants, how the service has performed and its finances.
We encourage as many tenants to help us develop, review and suggest content for your Open Door Tenant and Leaseholder Newsletter to ensure it contains the information you need and keeps you up to date about our work.
The panel will only meet 4 times a year to discuss each edition and allow them to provide suggestions and feedback. However, if a meetings is not for you then we can always be involved by providing inout and feedback by telephone or email.
To get involved, please complete the sign up form or contact your Tenant Participation Officer Matthew.
