Candidates standing in the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner election announced

The North Yorkshire Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner election will take place on Thursday 25 November.

The candidates are:

Hannah Sarah Barham-Brown is standing as the Women's Equality Party candidate. 

James Richard Lake Barker is standing as the Liberal Democrats candidate.

Zoe Metcalfe is standing as the Conservative Party candidate.

Emma Nicole Scott-Spivey is standing as the Labour Party candidate.

Keith Graham Tordoff is standing as the Independent candidate.

Anybody who wants to vote in the election and isn’t yet registered to vote, should register at www.gov.uk/register-to-vote by 11.59pm on Tuesday 9 November.

For those that are unable to attend a polling station or would prefer not to, the deadline to apply to register to vote by post is 5pm, Wednesday 10 November or apply to vote via proxy (someone on your behalf) by 5pm on Wednesday 17 November.
