If you're nervous about getting out and about, or you don't feel confident enough to go for a walk alone yet, you can join a guided health walk in the Selby area. Health walks are led by a qualified walk leader and range in length from 30 minutes to an hour.
Health walks are a great way to get started, to stretch your legs, meet new people and get some fresh air in your local community. Health walks are free to join and you don't need any specialist equipment, just comfortable shoes.
