  • Flooding;
  • Major drainage problems;
  • Situations causing a threat to health;
  • Syringes; and
  • Acute noise nuisances between Friday evening and 6pm Sunday or Bank Holidays.

These include:

  • Burglar alarms;
  • Major noise events affecting substantial numbers of people and continuing after 2am;
  • Noisy neighbours, eg music or party disturbing adjoining property and continuing after 2am.
