Selby District Council adopted the Developer Contributions Supplementary Planning Document (DC SPD) - pdf 17.1Mb which forms part of the Local Development Framework on 29 March 2007.
The DCSPD explains in more detail those policies which seek contributions from developers of land and buildings, in order to lessen the impact of carrying out new developments. Topics covered include:
