Confirmation of compliance with planning conditions

Where written confirmation is required that one or more conditions imposed on a planning permission have been complied with, please apply in writing and provide the following details:

  • The planning application number
  • Details of the conditions the application relates to
  • A contact name and address for the applicant if you are acting on their behalf

You can apply by email to ppu@selby.gov.uk or by letter sent to Planning Department, Selby District Council, Civic Centre, Doncaster Road, Selby, YO8 9FT

Fees

The fees for requesting written confirmation of compliance with conditions are:

  • £34 for all householder development
  • £116 for all other types of development

The fee is per request (application reference) but there is no limit to the number of conditions that can be included within each submission.

How long does it take?

This process takes up to eight weeks from the date the office receives a request providing all the required information and fee.
