Planning Application Information - This section includes planning advice, making and paying for an online application, commenting on planning applications, weekly lists, viewing existing applications and appeals.
Online Planning Applications - Public Access - This area enables you to look at planning appplications online. The service is provided as an additional and more convenient way to inspect and comment on recent planning applications.
Planning committee - Timetables, including officers' reports, agendas and minutes from meetings.
Planning Policy - Including the Local Plan and the Local Development Framework.
Planning Enforcement - Planning Enforcement section investigates alleged breaches of planning control and tells you how to let us know about any concerns you may have about unauthorised developments
Street Names & Numbering - requests for new postal addresses.
Transport policy - this takes you to the North Yorkshire County Council website.

Planning Portal - make your planning application online
Selby District Council can now accept online planning applications via the planning portal. If you would like to apply for planning permission online, then please go to the Planning Portal website.
You can also view the Selby District Local Plan online at the Planning Portal.
You can also find information on the planning portal about the following issues:
Public AccessUse Public Access to view existing planning applications that have been registered by the council. You can also access decision notices, view attached documents, comment online on applications and view appeals. Please note: This replaces the old system for viewing weekly lists and decision notices.
