Site allocations development plan document (SADPD) 2013

In 2012 the Council had halted work on the SADPD as it focussed resources on the Adoption of the Core Strategy. In the time since the SADPD Preferred Options (December 2012) there has been the introduction of the new planning system including the NPPF, the revocation of the Regional Strategy, and a number of changes to the Core Strategy itself. As such the SADPD Preferred Options no longer has status.

Now the Core Strategy has been adopted, the Council has set out in the Local Development Scheme its timetable for taking forward land allocations and other policy development.
