arrowDog Adoption - Success Stories

If you have adopted a dog from us and would like it to appear on our site, please send a photo with a short description of what they are now doing to the email address below.

Here are just a few of our recent adoption success stories

This is Billy. To view all the updates relating to Billy's case please click on this link. Below is a picture of Billy when he was first found.

Billy is now a very happy dog and is at a loving home where he is now enjoying life!

This is Ben, he was adopted in March 2008. He is an energetic dog, who enjoys nothing more than to go for a long walk and bathe in the sun. He loves having his back rubbed and goes crazy when you blow bubbles for him.

Here is Buddy when he was first collected by our dog warden in 2009 ...

He is now fully settled and part of the family. He gets loads of TLC, walks and particularly loves spending time relaxing infront of the stove!

Here is Teddy when he was first collected by our dog warden in early 2009 ...

After a much needed bath and trim he is now looking great. He is really enjoying life with his new family, especially playing with his tennis ball that he even takes to bed with him!

This was Hollie when she was first collected by our dog warden ...

After a good bath and some TLC she is now happily settled with her new family where she is much loved and has lots of fun with her new friends.

This was Beau when he was collected by our dog warden.

He is now very much enjoying life with his new family, especially spending time with his new friend Harry!

Lexi was rehomed through our Dog Adoption service in July 2009.

She is now well settled with her new family and enjoys trying to find the biggest sticks she can to play with!

This was Pepper when she was collected by our dog warden.

She has been enjoying a great life with her new owners where she is a much loved dog, spending many hours on fun walks!

Bella was collected by our dog warden in July 2008.

She is now very much enjoying her new life and loves spending time relaxing with her friend Baxter!

Jake was collected by our dog warden in April 2008 after being found abandoned on the A64. He now is very much loved by his new family and apparently makes a great hot water bottle in bed!

Blue was rehomed last year by our dog warden and now has a great time with his friend Curtis, including sleeping on the sofa after a fun filled day!

Gem was collected by our dog warden in November.

She has been rehomed and has settled really well. She now enjoys lots of good long walks in the fields and tracks near her home.

This is Millie. She was seen being left by a car near Drax in the w/c 12th Jan 2009. She has now been rehomed with another little dog but if anyone has any information about this dog please contact our Dog Warden. Enquiries are ongoing.

This was Misty when she first arrived...

She was recently rehomed after a good bath and a trim and now enjoys many mornings playing on the beach in Scarborough with her friend Barney, aswell as sleeping on the sofa!

This was Casper when he was collected by our dog warden...

He has now been rehomed and is having a great time with his new friends, Poppy and Shep!
