The Environmental Protection and Housing Team is responsible for the following issues:

Pollution and the environment:

• Air Quality; 
• Complaints about dust, odour and accumulations;
• Contaminated land;
• Noise pollution;
• Smoke control;
• Traveller and gypsy sites;
• Water supplies and swimming pools;
• Pollution - prevention and control;
• Permitted installations;  and
• Carbon monoxide, Radiation and Radon.
