The huge power station at Drax is the starting point for three circular walks of approximately 4, 6 and 11 miles.
The first route passes through the Barlow Common Nature Reserve to the River Ouse and returns via Barlow village.
The second route skirts the power station perimeter and provides opportunity to see some of the site workings.
The longest route passes through woodland to Barlow and then to the river, which it follows for several miles before turning off through farmland and passing through Drax village back towards the power station.
