Council Tax - Important information about Council Tax Bills
Some Council Tax bills issued this month (March 2013) have incorrect information about parish council precepts. This means that the total amount payable will be lower than initially anticipated. We will be issuing new bills to all households over the next few weeks. Please click here for further information.
You can pay your Council Tax, Business Rates, Rent including garage rent and invoices online by debit card. The service is provided by Santander on behalf of Selby District Council. You can make payments 24 hours a day, 365 days a year using either a Maestro or Delta Debit Card.
Credit cards are not accepted by BillPay for Selby District Council Payments.
You will need to register with Santander to use the service. To do this, scroll to the bottom of this page and click on 'Access online payments'. You will then access the Santander website. Scroll down the page until you see 'New users - register now'. Select this and then follow the simple on-line instructions to register.
Please make sure when paying your council tax to quote your eight digit account reference. This will begin with the number 20, 21 or 22.
Once you have completed the registration process, you will also be able to pay other bills this way. |
