The SPD has been produced by the Council in order to explain the Council's expectations and requirements for the development of the Olympia Park Strategic Development Site identified in the Core Strategy and to compliment the Framework Delivery Document (FDD) and Master Plan produced by the landowners.

The principle of development at Olympia Park is established in the emerging Core Strategy which can also be viewed at the above contact points, together with the accompanying evidence base including the Sustainability Appraisal and Report.
You can also obtain more information and speak to somebody by visiting our 'drop in' session at Barlby Bridge Community Primary School, Thomas Street, Barlby YO8 5AA on 19 July between 4pm and 9pm.
