Development Brief - Land between Low Street and Common Lane, South Milford (STM/1)
Work is being undertaken by the Councils Planning Policy team to produce development briefs for sites earmarked for housing and employment development in the Local Development Plan. The development briefs will ensure that the layout of schemes meets sustainable development objectives (eg by encouraging cycling) and satisfies both the Council and local community aspirations with regard to design, and provision of services and facilities.
A Development Brief for land between Low Street and Common Lane was formally approved and adopted as Supplementary Planning Guidance by the Council's Policy and Resources Committee on the 4 February 2003.
