These may be as part of the Decent Homes programme or 1 off as required.

The exact number of installations is not known although the appointed contractor will be in place until at least 2010.

It is intended that the works will commence in September 2007.

To facilitate the first round of selection, prospective bidders must demonstrate their ability and capability to carry out the work and include with their submission their Health & Safety Policy, Equal Opportunities Policy, BME Policy, Company Profile and any other documentation they wish to support their expression of interest.

Bidders must be registered with Constructionline and must have a proven track record of customer care and working within a flexible partnering culture.
