Five Year Housing Land Supply Report

The National Planning Policy Framework states that to boost significantly the supply of housing, local planning authoirites should identify and update annually a supply of specific deliverable sites to provide five years worth of housing against their housing requirements. In accordance with this we produce a report every year which monitors our housing supply. Position at the 30th September 2017

Please note that on the 1st of December 2017, following feedback from the SHLAA working group and further checks by the authority, a few factual corrections have been made to the database which has reduced the deliverable 5 year supply from 6.4 to 6.2 years. The corrected versions of the report and appendices are included below.
