Selby Enterprise Café

Adam Gutteridge from the Federation of Small Business (FSB) will be giving a talk on how you can benefit from their services.  Experts in business, they offer members a wide range of vital business services including advice, financial expertise, support and a powerful voice in government.  Their mission is to help smaller businesses achieve their ambitions.  This is a great opportunity to learn more about the FSB and ask questions.

The Selby District Council Enterprise Café is hosted by the Council's Senior Business Advisor, Heidi Green . The café presents a great opportunity to network and covers topics that can help you with your business needs. There is a cost of £5 per session, to be paid on the day.

Business Network Group (BNG) 

Thursday 8 February, Dintingdales, Scarthingwell, 8 - 9.30 am

The Business Network Group (BNG) is a well-established and popular network group with Tadcaster and Sherburn in Elmet businesses.  All events take place at Dintingdales, Scarthingwell Golf Course and there is a cost of £10.00 per delegate, to cover the costs of room hire and beverages.

This month’s speaker is Scott Royal, from the new Creative Hub in Church Fenton (Leeds East Airport).

Yorkshire Leading Ladies

Yorkshire Leading Ladies is a business networking group run by women for women with the aim of supporting women to expand their businesses, make links in the community and learn new skills.

Yorkshire Leading Ladies generally meet on the 2nd Tuesday of every month at the Regen Centre in Riccall, North Yorkshire, from 7pm to 9pm.

Each session costs £6 for members and £10 for guests.

Have you ever wished that you had all the answers to your business questions in one place? Well that's what a Popup Business Cafe is.

The  room will be full of trusted experts waiting to give you practical answers to your questions on a range of business topics. Totally informal, friendly and free, turn up when you like, leave when you like, come back again when you feel like it. It's a cafe, not a conference.

Selby Business Buddies

Selby Business Buddies is a relaxed, business introduction networking group. The group meet fortnightly at alternate venues, Franklin Centre on Vivars Way in Selby and Monk Fryston Hall, from 7.30-9am.

It costs just £5 to cover the cost of food & refreshments. Bookings are not taken for this event. 


Let's NetWalk North Yorkshire

A group for small local business owners who want to connect, share ideas and empower each other. 'Let's NetWalk' combines networking with exercise, allowing business owners the chance to get fitter while making new connections and friends in a relaxed, informal environment.
